Can you fit out a restaurant or bar on a fixed opening date?
Yes. We build a programme back from your opening date, lock in long-lead items such as kitchen equipment and joinery early, and run weekly programme reviews so any risk to the date is visible weeks out, not days.
Do you handle the consents for a change of use to hospitality?
Yes. Converting retail or office space to a licensed hospitality venue triggers fire, accessibility, ventilation and sometimes structural requirements. We coordinate the consultants and manage the building consent with Auckland Council as part of the fit-out.
Can you work in a hotel or venue that stays open?
Yes. We deliver work in trading hotels and venues by isolating the work zone, controlling noise and dust, and scheduling around check-in times and events — as we did on the stage-one works at the Mercure Hotel on Queen Street.
