Henderson is West Auckland's commercial heart, and our South Pacific Pictures project on Tolich Place is one of the more demanding jobs we've delivered anywhere. SPP had outgrown its administration area, so with Team Avery we built a 400 m² open-plan office floor above an existing working building, with exterior decks, a new entrance and reception — all while production continued on the main level and the studio directly adjacent stayed in use.
That combination of structural work over an occupied building, a live-operations programme and a client-facing finish is what Henderson's studios, offices and industrial units regularly need. We also build and renovate homes across Henderson, Te Atatū, Sunnyvale and Glendene.
